Dragon boating!

Forgot to post about this at the time... Saturday was the first dragon boat practice of the season! Yay!

Practice was fun. Boy am I out of shape. And the drive home, unfortunately, is as soul-destroying as ever.

2 things I have discovered so far: Advil is my friend, and sunscreen on the tops of my feet will be my new friend next time.

Sun burned feet-tops is one of the worst. Gaaaah. You never even KNOW you have feet-tops until they get burned :/

I think what I really NEED is to remember to bail onto the 105, before I get to the parking lot at Manchester. It's always bad there on the weekends. (I really was doing okay right up until that point.)
