"You have got to be kidding me."
Billy fluttered his eyes and tried his hardest to look cute and persuasive. "Please?"
The shapeshifter gaped for a moment longer. "I refuse to put on purple torn pants and attend HeroCon as the Incredible Hulk. Not only will I look foolish and blow our cover, I will be laughed out of the convention."
Billy looked put out.
"Let’s go to bed and call it a night."
But the spellcaster wasn’t done with him yet.
"Would you do it if I went as the Scarlet-"
"No."
