So I know it's been awhile, and I promise to update soon - life has just been too hectic.  Until then, here's a random thought that I just had:

I'm sad that flip-flop season is over.  I'm about to run to the mall, and I'm perturbed that I have to take the effort to put on socks and shoes.  And on top of that it's dark earlier now.
