argh....
so usually i don't like to vent on here because i think people really don't need to hear about my problems, but i'm just really pissed right now.
so.
i'm trying to find a job right? had one unsuccessful interview...apparently "others that [they] interviewed had skills who more closely match the position requirements." I don't understand this...i threw away the job description but i guarantee i matched every one of the skills they listed. maybe they just didn't like me...
so fair enough, i don't need to get a job in my first interview....so i keep looking. it appears that no one is interested in hiring a college graduate WITH experience. maybe i just need the australia internship on my resume to spice things up, but I did clerical work in high school, and also had an internship and a job directly related to what i'm interested in doing. instead...be my guest to read the want ads, because you might just find it quite amusing...EVERYONE wants 2-3 years of POST-COLLEGE EXPERIENCE. so at this point here's what - maybe irriationally - i am comparing this to: that working and working for my college degree thus far means absolutely nothing. this is absolutely ridiculous. they tell you that it's much easier to find a job with a college degree, but that statement is completely bunk. yes, bunk.
