How far away is anything in Italy from anything else in Italy? Pompeii is near Naples:



I don't really know the scale or road conditions, so you'd have to ask a travel agent / local. Bother the concierge at the hotel, he'll probably speak english.

Thanks for the maps! I'll ask about how far Naples is and see if there's a way to make a day trip there. If I don't have a chance this time, I guess I'll just have to go back again. ;)
