Had cravings for waffle ice-cream yesterday, hence thought I should make us some for tea!

Karen Cheng's waffle recipe and here's what you'd need:
My first time making waffles but with clear instructions on Karen's blog, it was pretty hard to go wrong.
Recipe makes 6 pcs of 4.5" x 4.5" waffles, more than enough for the 2 of us (saved the rest for breakfast this morning! =9)
I forgot to add a pinch of salt but the waffles turned out great nonetheless (thanks, Karen)!
Personal preference: Would probably add a little bit of vanilla essence & cinamon, a tad more sugar & butter the next time I make them. :)
