Relationship to Diana: The circumstances of Ursela's Embrace are not well known. Rumors say that she was originally Embraced by the MacLeod Ventrue clan of Scotland, but that she quickly wanted to distance herself from their massacres of mortal families and Masquerade breaches. She changed her name to Ursela Walthingham, arriving in London in the late 1600s and never looking back. There, she learned of the Father, a rather infamous Malkavian, and her plans to create the Children of Eden, a supposed utopia in which Kindred and Kine lived together in harmony. Considering this an idiotic idea, she quickly aligned herself with the Ventrue primogen of London, agreeing to make it her personal goal to bring an end to this dream. To aid her in this quest, she Embraced a young man named Liam Stephens. Although she claimed, when asking for permission, that she needed him for his strength, it was well-known that she just wanted him for her bed. For decades, Ursela and Liam fought against the machinations of the Children of Eden, eventually killing Adam York. However, when they made the mistake of attacking Diana, the Father's favorite grandchild, Liam was taken from Ursela and demented until his loyalties to her dissolved. Blaming Diana for this, Ursela has since made it her purpose in life to kill Diana, at any cost.
Noteworthy Facts: Although she was once quite respected in Camarilla circles, Ursela has utterly fallen from grace. It's unclear, at this point, whether she considers herself Camarilla, Sabbat, or Independent. Her obsession with destroying Diana and reclaiming Liam has reached the point of derangement and, since she denies her bloodlines, for the most part, she has very limited resources among the Ventrue.
