So I found out with Kyle how much fun it really is to download all the hots of the 90s. Like all the songs you grew up listening to. Woo for Backstreet Boys, Savage Garden, Alanis Morisette, Britany Spears, TLC, Spice Girls, N'SYNC, and a whole bunch of other random songs like Hanson and Eifel 65.
Had tons of fun just singing songs that we knew the words to and dancing around. Until.. well some girl wanted the music turned down a little, but we were pretty much finished anyways. I know what I'm going to be listening to in my car.
Speaking of car, I'll be driving it next week. I'm looking forward to going home. I... want to go to the mall and buy some clothes. Like warmer ones because I'm COLD. Sweaters and sweat pants woo. And buy Perfect Dark for N64 since my brother.. lost it or sold it or something. I'm going into the school on tuesday to see a lot of my friends. I can't wait to see the basement without my room in it and with some new furniture. And my kitty Claire :-)
And then after that I expect college to get a lot harder. They are just getting everyone up to speed now, but they aren't going to slow down at all, which is kinda what happens in high school.
I think Tuba and French Horn will just get out of control at some point since fingerings aren't my thing. ughhh.. And keyboarding.. I might just actually have to practice :-O!! Not to mention Aural Skills getting a teensy bit harder. Comp is still dumb. and Anthopology.. after a while of being in that class I'm afraid you'll have to start watering me twice a week.
Gosh I have things to do tomorrow. Weekends for college kids don't exist like they do for people who just have a regular job. Not like you have to STUDY, or PRACTICE, or DO HOMEWORK everyday.
I would of practiced a lot more in high school if I had things to practice, like etudes out of books or something. It's kiiiiiiiinda fun sometimes. But only if I'm having a good lip day, which about 50-60% of the time. Oh well. I have to hit up Crane and the Library tomorrow.
And
Do this for yourself-
Download "Beyond the Pale" by Jim Gaffigan.
Stand up comedy routine about 40 minutes long.
And I just "love it love it love it love it love it love it.."
And if you don't understand the first joke, he's just pretending to be the audience's thoughts and reactions. It comes back in a few spots.
Do itttttttttttt.
