-FILTERED AWAY FROM VAMPIRES + Tony Foster + Dr Hix-
When's something going to be done about the vampires, huh? One of them killed me not long ago, and more than just me by the sound of it. You keep saying they're taken care of, but nothing happened to him. I think he's gone now, alright? No punishment, no anything.

Level 0.

A terrible punishment, I know.

Not a punishment at all. The prisons here are better than the rooms I stayed in half the time. Don't they know how to do anything else besides lock them away for a day or two?

You'll want to filter this away from Tony Foster and Dr. Hix before they alert their little pets to the topic.

Major Henry West. We spoke briefly during the blood incident, I believe. I've been keeping to myself since then, I'm afraid.

Sorry, I admit I forgot. Remind me how you feel about vampires.

I've been killed by humans too, a couple of times. Maybe something should be done about them. Oh wait.

You got an issue with people not getting proper punishment? Bring that up, but the problem isn't vampires as a whole.

Humans I can deal with. They're the same as the rest of us. Vampires are not. They're monsters and not easily fought or predicted like humans.

Oh what the fuck ever. I can 'predict' what a vampire's going to do just fine. If anything, it's easier. They attack because they're hungry. Half the time humans are attacking just because.

And they're not monsters any more than you are.

Ja? Then why'd the last one attack at least three of us, huh? Killed us. I can tell you that he wasn't hungry. Humans always have a reason. Don't simplify humans if you want vampires to have a chance of a defense. It's a bad argument.

Humans are monsters to non-humans, ja. They're monsters to me.

Someone's got to do something, huh? I learned quick that no one pays attention unless you tell it to the masses and let them fight it out with each other as much as they argue with you.

Not bad.

Except now? You got people on the defensive. Doesn't help if you wanna get something done on the sly. [UNLESS YOU'RE GOING FOR A DIVERSION, which is what Han sorta suspects at the moment.]

Ja, ja. The people that like the vampires are defensive. The people that don't like them are willing to talk though, huh? Means I've got friends if I need to actually take action.
