When my workout system arrives, I should consume 1.5 grams of protein per 1 lb of body weight a day. At the moment that comes to 237 grams of protein a day. The problem is that I can't do protein shakes. I have tried different kinds, but with and without whey and they still make me throw up each and every time. I mean with the exception of drinking too much (or food poisoning), it is the only thing that seems to be able to do that to me. I wonder if apart from protein bars if there is another solution to consume the amount of protein a day that I am looking for.
