I'm the same way. I'm usually just shocked and offended at bad driving, rather than being worried for my own safety. I'm shocked and offended a lot, because drivers in this prefecture are TERRIBLE. I've heard rumours that in other prefectures, it's hard for foreigners to get a Japanese license. Here, they're just like "Well, you can't be any worse than the natives" and give you one.

LOL - yeah, MA drivers are known for being assholes, but not really "bad drivers", per say, like in the "totally oblivious to other people/cars" - they just don't give a shit about other ppl/cars lol
