And now for another edition of Things That Suck/Things That Don't Suck:
Things That Suck:
* Somebody washed my favorite work shirt that I was planning to wear today and SHRUNK IT. I stretched it out and still totally wore it.
* Having an interview scheduled for today and somehow forgetting one of my black heels. Awesome.
* Calling my supervisor to ask for someone to cover me while I'm at said interview and having her bite my head off. Yes, I know it's the Friday before a long holiday weekend - get over it.
* A staffing agency stalking me and calling me during work - setting off my Law & Order: SVU ringtone in the middle of a law office and making me feel like a total douche.
* The Sox totally punking out in their series with the Yankees. WTF guys? Way to FAIL.
Things That Kind of Suck But Shouldn't:
* Trying to decide between 2 apartments - both of which have their good and bad points - and feeling completely. torn.
Things That In No Way Suck:
* Having an interview set up that is for a position NOT in the legal field.
* The partner I work for being out so I can take as long as I fucking want to to get back from my interview.
* Having a genuine excuse to buy new shoes :D
* Applying for a job with freaking SAM ADAMS, The Boston Beer Company (fingers crossed people!)
* James McAvoy looking GORGEOUS at the Venice Film Festival. Now I SERIOUSLY need to get on seeing Becoming Jane and Atonement.
* EFRON BRINGS HIS SUITS TO THE DRY CLEANERS HIMSELF, AND PLAYED THE CLARINET, AND REFERENCES WEDDING CRASHERS, AND HAS NO HOT WATER!!
Thank god this fucking week is over.
