John Mayer will never NOT make me happy. Unless he is with J. Simpson, in which case, I throw up a little in my mouth.
Thanks babe! They're just two student films, but since I haven't done ANY film up to now and I haven't even AUDITIONED for anything in a year, it was really really awesome to get BOTH parts. One is shooting the last week of this month and I play the girlfriend of the leading man, typical role, no biggie. But the other one shoots 2nd week of Feb and that one has a real range to it - I play a sweet young secretary who gets engaged to a collegue, but then he dies unexpectedly and I have to plan his funeral. It's really good. Both of them are about 20-30 mins long each. So, Fun! I'll have something for my reel when I go to get an agent in Vancouver!
Dude, I was MIA from lj most of the weekend, so I hadn't seen it yet, but I will definitely go check it out. That is bizarre. I have to say, I don't think I'll be watching VM tomorrow. I'm really over it for some reason, which sorta sucks but also sorta doesn't. I mean, S1 will always be perfect, and I think I'll jsut leave it at that from now on.

IS John Mayer still with Jessica Simpson? If I recall correctly, my exact reaction to the news of their initial coming together was "WHY JOHN WHY????".
Serious congrats on both roles you landed!! The second one sounds especially fab, and I KNOW you're gonna rock the grieving fiance. And the role's will TOTALLY beef up your audition reel. You'll have to keep me up to date on how shooting goes.
I wish I was over VM, but it got it's hold back on me late last season, and I just can't seem to let go. Damn Jason Fucking Dohring and Logan Echolls. If I was over it, it'd make it a hell of a lot easier for when it doesn't get renewed another season. S1 will always, in my mind, go down as one of the BEST seasons of television, EVER. And i've totally been pimping it out as such. Ugh, it's gonna suck with both The OC and VM going off the air at the same time :

As for John Mayer, they were said to have been dating and "in love" way back in like August? And that was denied, but since then they've been spotted everywhere and they were together on New Years so... I just. That makes no sense right? I just have to shake my head at that whole "relationship".

VM - If it weren't for Jason Dohring, I wouldn't have gotten through the first part of last season, but with the brooding this season? I'm over it. I just can't. He's the only reason however that I still plan on marathoning it once it's done. Because, he's LOGAN and I'll always love him, more than a little.
Dude seriously, when the OC ends, I will cry. There will be tears. And nothing will fill that void. But the VM hole in your heart? Can totally be filled with Supernatural. Because as much as we love the Obligatory Sarcastic Jackass/Woobie? Dean Winchester is just as woobie, a BETTER actor, even MORE badass AND there are guns. Which really? Is just hot.

Unfortunately for me, I think it'll be beneficial to have a couple Kleenex on hand as well -- which is pathetic seeing as I only started watching it a third through THIS season. Yeah :/

I'm gonna have to disagree with. Even though I've never seen Ackles act...which hold on, maybe I might have, in a movie or something... anyway, I'd have to disagree that he's better than Jason Fucking Dohring. To me, JFDoh is seriously freakin great, and he has the potential to be SO much better. He can do the snark, the heartbreak, the schmoopy, the woobie and everything in between. True, Logan's badassery has been greatly reduced the past season and a half, but that hasn't diminished from JFDoh's rockingness.
And um... have you NOT seen Jason's arms???? Holy hell *fans self*
Sorry for the diatribe - I just love my Jason Fucking Dohring. Have you seen the pics from Sundance??? Damn.
