When Fandoms Collide
So I was having a little mini VM season 3 marathon today, watching, minding my own business, when a name pops out at me during one of Logan and Veronica's conversations. V's questioning him about his class that she heard was "a walk", and Logan set her straight, adding that if she didn't believe him, to ask "Madison Sinclair".
Instead of connecting the VM dots and thinking Madison Sinclair from Neptune High, I immediately thought, oh, maybe they gave Heather Sinclair from high school an older sister in college.
It wasn't until just about now, approximately 3 hours or so later, that it hit me. Heather Sinclair wasn't from Veronica Mars but Degrassi. She's the phantom girl who occasionally turns up in conversation but who you never see.
And didn't I feel like a total dumbass.
Onviously things are getting a little out of hand if Degrassi-land is somehow melding with VM-land in my brain. This can't be a good sign.
