As of three days ago, I was feeling completely apathetic about everything. I just had my birthday, which was a lot of fun, but bittersweet in a lot of ways.
But the last three days have been different.
On Thursday, I received my first raise at work. I am now making $7.50 at a job I love, and I couldn't be happier. It sounds so ridiculous, but when I checked out the University of Arizona today, I looked to see if there was a Domino's nearby. I honestly think I'm going to stay there the rest of high school. I love my job that much. I wouldn't be surprised if I worked at Domino's throughout college.
Looking at colleges has made me realize how old I am really getting. Tiffany and I have been talking about college a lot lately, and when I think of college I think of "The Future" but college is a year away now. It's almost the present. I love to write but I don't know how to word how I'm feeling about this.
I'm in a great mood. Tomorrow I am visiting Arizona State University, my number one college choice at the moment.
