What: Candy store times!

Manaphy was certainly excited for when he and Daisy would go to the candy store once the flood ended! He didn't see why they couldn't go while it was going on, but being a water Pokemon, that was an expected viewpoint. However, he didn't even know where Daisy lived, nor was he sure that she knew where he dwelled (in the watery area just outside of the town, usually, just because he felt more at home, although he went onto dry land for journal entries and such). Was it a matter of waiting or trying to contact her? He didn't know.
Pokemon were used to waiting until passers-by would come around, though. He would just wait for her to pass by him one day, possibly, and then they could go!
He was in the water right now, his head bobbing out of it and looking around and about at the town. "Phiiii."
