Characters: Mario and anyone who comes by What: Mario arrives in the city. Where: Harbor? If not, bus station? (I'll edit if that's the case) When: June 11th Rating: PG
Goombario had seen puzzle books being sold near the harbor a few months ago, and now that he was actually able to write, thanks to being human, he decided to look into that.
A ship had just arrived, and it looked like it came from the Mushroom Kingdom, judging from those who poured out. Every once in a while, Goombario looked up to see who was coming out. There were one or two faces he vaguely remembered, even if he couldn't put a name to them.
At one point, Goombario noticed someone dressed in red and blue, and immediately thought of Mario. It took him three seconds to realize that it was, in fact, Mario.
He quickly paid for the puzzle books, shoved him in a bag, and began running to meet with his hero. "Mario! Mario, hi!" In his rush, he had forgotten that the only hint to his original form was the blue hat.
"Oh, hello!" He waved at the young man who was approaching him. He had no idea that it was Goombario. Sure he had the same hat, but there probably was a lot of people with blue caps so he didn't suspect that it was his old friend. He figured it was probably just a fan of his... Which it was, but he thought it was a fan he didn't know personally.
"It's really great to see you again, man!" Goombario thought for a second, before realizing he just might look a little different. It wasn't as if Mario didn't have about fifty million other fanboys or anything like that. "It's me, Goombario," he added.
((Still human. I'm just terrible at getting icon variety.))
"Not really. I tried headbutting, though. Fun fact: I don't think humans are meant to attack with their skulls!" Goombario laughed it off, having gotten over the pain from his attempts to hit sandbags with his head. He wasn't all too concerned with losing one of his signature moves, although he hadn't tested Charge in a long time. "So, why are ya here?"

"Kind of, yeah! Arms are seriously some of the coolest things ever. Even besides that, I've kept up my training, and now I'm a lot stronger!"
