things of note, recently:
- played shows at flight 19, the crawlspace, and the new college bikeshop.
- explored sarasota with mr. o'connell and a few bottles of wine.
- met with the assistant dean of the honors college, who is very worried about my future and made me swear [on the date and time] that i would not become a hobo ten years from now.
- saw the Weakerthans in gainesville. they played a fantastic set.
- trying my hand at prose. so far everything i write seems kinda derivative. too much streamofconsciousness and/or interior monologues. a tad to allusive, as well. i need to find a groove. i've been carrying a notepad with me everywhere i go, so i'm starting to compile images and ideas that could be helpful.
- should be in atlanta this weekend, partying down.
- Cult Ritual 7" on youth attack! should be out relatively soon.
- still gorging, every day.
