hang it up now or never

Hello computer, I am back.
I do not have many interesting things to tell you. Mostly I have just been working a lot because I have no money and I have to pay for school in two weeks. So, now that I am on winter break I work full time.
At McDonalds.
My life may be sad, but at least it is profitable.

And with profit comes affluence.

I have an insatiable material thirst that cannot be quenched.
Affluenza.
I am not joking.
Okay I am joking a little bit.
&I still feel gross buying things after I had to read all that AdBusters propaganda for school. Kalle Lasn has taken all the pleasure out of purchasing and replaced it with a sticky, oozing tar of guilt.
But that didn't stop me from buying a beautiful blue wool vintage pea coat downtown the other day after Jordan and I stumbled into this hidden gem of a store. Not buying would have been like wasting money. I have justified it in my mind.
JUSTIFIED.
Justin Timberlake.
JT.
Just in time.

Christmas shopping status: incomplete.

I went to Willowbrook mall yesterday.
The mall at Christmas time is gross.
I still have not visited Dasio this break. Numerous attempts have been thwarted.
I will revel in the glory that is an everything-for-two-dollars japanese department store before school commences once again in january and I am disconnected from all that is not public transit.

I also:
Started having bad dreams again.
Went to richmond sushi again.
Went to a family (not my family) christmas party.

I enjoyed the latter 2 of these things a lot. They feel warm.

Here is a scene from that party:
"Oh, it's nice to meet you. Do you want a drink? Well, let me show you where we keep all our alcohol which you are welcome to discreetly sneak."
Yes, so refreshingly different than my own contemptuous family.

So, this is goodbye for now.
Bye.

PS. HAYHLEE IS COMING HOME TOMORROW AND I AM SO EXCITED RIGHT NOW.
