today was filled with stuff
went shopping - got jeans and real shoes
then went home
didn't get my nap
was angry
went to work
was scared but did good job of avoiding ppl
so only got dirty looks from management
haha
then just as i am finishing my closing stuff
i go outside to refill sugars
and there is this egg
just sitting on the table
like someone set it there
with a little feather attached
so i took it home
bc some little twerp would have squished it otherwise
but now i don't know what to do
i read that the mommy bird won't sit on it for a day or so
so i think i have time...
idk
but i do know it's a house sparrow egg
you know, thoes little brown birds?

that's him
i've named him Egg
he's quite cute actually
with that little feather on his ... top
he doesn't really have a head
but anyways
i took him home
hoping my family (being the animal-lovers) would help me research what to do
my first concern was what temp to get him to
but my parents both laughed at me
andy isn't here
alyssa told me she didn't want to help
and alexa kept saying she didn't want to "condemn the bird"
condemn it to what? life?
so i did what i could
and can't find much
so any help would be nice
i just want to give Egg a chance, you know?

it was funny
when i first found Egg, i was having a rather loud conversation with the one who put him there
"Why does this always happen to me!?! Why do you drop these things on me! What am I supposed to to with an egg?"
and maria (no english) came out there
and i didn't see her
so i kept ranting
so if they didn't think i was crazy already...
