I was pretty damn sad when I read this. :( I have the book though, and it's still way too much fun to look at. Plus, I bet you could paint a cat like some of those, if ya tried.

I don't know.. my 18lb tabbie will sit still long enough for me to give him a lion shave. It's no easy task to get a cat to hold still for a haircut. heh

There isn't enough paint in the US to cover my roommate's cat.

In the book Dia and I saw there was a picture of a lady in the process of painting a cat. I'm inclined to believe it. I've seen dogs airbrushed in person.

Also I don't think a cat rescue organization would perpetuate false claims.

Believe what you want, but just because you see it on the internet doesn't make it real.
