Final Announcements

Only a few days to go before we will be seeing all of you in Canterbury!

But before we do, here is some final information.

Day memberships will be available at DiaCon Alley. The rates will be:

£60 for whole con, not including cinema trip, if you arrive on Thursday
£10 for Thursday
£20 for Friday (this does not include the cinema trip)
£25 for Saturday
£15 for Sunday

The opening times for the Registration desk, to pick up your membership or to buy your day memberships, will be:

Thursday 16:00-21:00
Friday 10:00-18:00
Saturday 10:00-18:00
Sunday 10:00-13:00

For those of you who booked accommodation:

Standard Rooms are in Rutherford College
En Suite Rooms are in Tyler Court
Linen and Towels are provided with all the rooms
Breakfast for all people will be in the Rutherford College Dining Hall

If you have ordered a Parking Permit you will have already received it by email.
These will need to be printed out beforehand. We will try to have some available on the desk, but we cannot guarantee that we will have
enough there for everyone who needs one.
If you have not received a Parking Permit and believe you should have please contact us asap.

We can no longer do accommodation transfers.
We can do Ball ticket transfers, but please be aware that the menu for the ticket can not be changed.
We can still do membership transfers but the person receiving the membership will need to already have their membership number.
