So guess what? I have swine flu. I thought that had already had a really mild case when I was in Dublin during the summer but apparently not. I was SO COLD and feverish and achy last night that I desperately texted everyone in my family at 4 in morning asking for blankets and Tylenol. Obvs no one was awake so I waited 2-3 hrs till I felt well enough to leave my bed and get them myself.
SIGH. Today was better but I still have a fever and apparently can't eat anything or else I'll throw up (which is sooo weird for me because I don't throw up when I'm ill).
It's funny because just before that I was having a grand ol' time: my brother had smoked me up and I was watching tonnes of youtube clips where Kathy Griffin is making fun of Anderson Cooper. I always had a thing against her because of her character on Seinfeld but now I truly see her awesome-ness. And for that I thank you CNN.
Oh yeah, I have been in this fandom for almost exactly a year now. It's been my longest continuous fandom and, honestly, despite the craziness, probably my favourite fandom in all the 5+ years I've been reading fic.
