Shit, rewatched Hana Yori Dango jdrama and movie and THIS BRINGS BACK SO MANY MEMORIES ;A;
Like it was one of the first anime I watched waaaay back when it was airing along with CARDCAPTOR SAKURA (ROFL GOOD TIEMZ) on channel 8. and I was, what? Primary 2/3 then? and I watched the japanese drama a few years back 'cause OMFG LOL ARASHI'S OHIME SAMA MATSU JUN WAS IN IT ACTING AS A STRAIGHT DUDE. The actors aren't very good looking but OMFG THEY CHANNEL THE CHARACTERS SO WELL. YES HIME SAMA, I'M LOOKING AT YOU IN PARTICULAR The taiwanese version back then was so kns prz. The recent telecast of the Korean version irked me so much with all the exaggeration (YOUR DOUMYOUJI IS NOT ADORABLY FAILTASTIC AND BITCHY AND DIVAISH. WORSE STILL. HE ISN'T MATSU JUN D8 THE MAN WAS BORN FOR THE ROLE. SRSLY) I had to watch the japanese version to help quell my frazzled nerves.
My mum got into watching the Japanese version recently too. Well, hooked is more like it. She watches it from 11pm-12am on my laptop before she goes to sleep and during episode 7-8 she stayed up 'till 1am just so she could cheong another episode even though she had work the next day. l-lol.If you know my mother you'd realise she values sleep IMMENSELY, so staying up is a reeeeaaaally big thing for her XD
andandand yes the movie was kind of wtf at some parts (THE ACTION AND CHASE SCENES) butbutbut THE FLUFF ♥♥♥ I totally spammed inoue mao and matsu jun vids 'till 5am XD;;; and I joined a comm too! *is not obsessed, RLY*
