How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?

Sugar cravings kicked in tonight, and the sheer effort of making cookies saved me. Instead I remembered I had some rice leftover from the night before. Combined with the bit of milk I had left, some butter, and delicious loads of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, I set out to make rice pudding. Now I've only made rice pudding once before and I remember being thrilled with it (did it with jasmine rice, to die for). Tonight was different from the last endeavor but no less triumphant. Roughly 30 minutes later, I had a warm goopy pot of sticky, delicious goodness. I toasted up some coconut and threw that on as a garnish. My mum loved it just as much as I did; both of us were sad there wasn't enough for a second round, haha.

I'd offer to post a recipe, but that would imply there was some inkling of a process in my heat. Proud to say I went in head first without a clue of how to pull it off.
