I've been watching a lot of old cheesy horror movies lately. It's been pretty awesome because right before Insomniac closed I wanted to rent all of these old cult classics. Now I get to see them and not even have to worry about renting! Thanks to roommates who get shipments at Boo Boo's and bring them home.

Last night I saw Cemetery Man. Which is great and full of cheese and bad-assery. It's got an Evil Dead vibe of zombies, a bad-ass main character with a gun, and humor. I recommend it.

A few nights ago I saw Susperia, which was good mostly because the cinematography and set design/lighting is amazing. The plot is pretty good too but I mostly loved the feel to it.

A few weeks ago I saw Cannibal Holocaust. Which is clearly what Blair Witch knocked off, except not as good. Cannibal Holocaust was pretty neat. It's about these guys going down to South America to film these supposed cannibals living in the Amazon. They turn up missing so this guy tries to retrieve the lost footage. In returning back he sees what went on and why they ended up missing. The props used and whatnot where amazing. They did kill some animals in this movie but I think the natives used in the film ate them.
