Hey again everyone, I posted a few days ago saying I was starting to take care of myself. well, I've been cutting down most suagry foods, and trying to eat healthy. Problem is, when I went to the supermarket I couldn't think of anythink to eat that wouldn't send my BS right up high. I ended up buying veg and fruit, crisps, bread and curry.
One of my main problems is that I have an overactice thyroid.. I think this is the reason why I am always hungry. Even after eating a large filling meal I'll get hungry again. Its very frustrating and I'm gaining weight because of this. Does anybody have any help or advice?
