I am looking for suggestions for easy, low-carb foods. I tend to eat breakfast on the run, and am open to recipes, websites, ANYTHING.
I am more concerned with carbohydrate content than fat or calorie content, but should keep on top of that also.
I am taking an active interest in keeping myself healthy. So far, no large numbers on my glucometer.
