Two weeks ago yesterday I learned what can happen when you don't take care of your diabetes and hypertension. I had a relatively minor iscemic stroke in my thalamus. i've had 2 strokes when i was in my 20's, plus brain changes due to migraines, and the infamous fibromyalgia "brain fog". so i know what sort of thing you mean.
