Two weeks ago yesterday I learned what can happen when you don't take care of your diabetes and hypertension. I had a relatively minor iscemic stroke in my thalamus. No cognitive issues, normal speech and no facial droop. I just have weakness in my right leg and arm along with poor motor control. I've already shown great improvement but got some more to go.

Please use my situation as a warning and take care of yourself.
