Beta
Would anyone be interested in beta work for my Big Bang? I don't use betas ever mostly because I am one and I believe my grammar and spelling are pretty damn good. But I was told the other day in a roundabout way that I should get a beta because I do make mistakes. It was a refreshing bit of bitchiness on the person's part and it had me wondering again if a beta wouldn't be helpful.
Because I've never had one and I don't get a lot of concrit from readers, I was wondering what you guys think. Do I have noticeable errors in my work? Like, do I constantly misspell words or am I really redundant with my characterization (as in, do all of my characters do the exact same thing, like fall asleep after sex or use the exact same wording in speech?) or do I just screw up commas all the time?
