YouTube = WTF?!?!?!
What's up with the YouTube users lately?
Seriously, people, this has been quite an unusual week in terms of YouTube comments for me.
First, there's this person who watched my "Euphoria" vid:
The music in this video is awful. Not only is it annoying, but it doesn't fit at all.
You killed this episode.
That was... new. I didn't get angry at it, really, it was just one type of comment I don't get very often. Most people just go "It's great!" and that makes me angry, actually.
So that was weird, but then I got this other one on another vid:
you took this from someone Else's profile!!!
NOT COOL MAN!!!
Yeah, I'm being accused of stealing my own video. THAT's new.
And I went to said profile in search of my vid and I was surprised to find a few people telling the user that this video was not theirs, etc, and this person still thought I was the thief!
Someone left this comment:
please remove this video, because it belongs to another youtuber. she IS on youtube, so i don't get why you've uploaded her work, that's just not fair. please remove it!
And she said this in return:
actually it is her video, she uploaded it before the other one!
look at the dates of upload!
WTF??? She's defending the real thief!
This once again proves that having "NOT MINE" written on the summary is NOT ENOUGH to send the message to the viewers.
I've been telling thieves this exact thing for a WHILE now! Whenever I ask for credit, they say they'll put a "Not mine!" sign at the summary, but HEY! Guess what? People may still think the video is YOURS and not MINE!
