TV and drawing. :)

First of all, brief TV talk:

How I Met Your Mother 4x01: LOVED THE EPISODE!!! Marshall is still adorable, Barney is still hilarious, Robin still rocks.
BARNEY LOVES ROBIN!!! :) They are so meant to be, I knew it from the start! And of course that one episode with the laser tag made it official for me.

House 5x02: I loved the new guy, I'm still sad for House and Wilson, Kutner still rocks and is definitely the best of the new guys.

The Office 5x01: Michael is still embarassing, though really adorable at some points, I'm definitely becoming a suporter of Michael/Holly, Jim is still perfect, Andy/Angela is still wrong.
JIM PROPOSED!!! :) It was so perfect, Jim and Pam are so perfect together.
And, ok, Andy/Angela is wrong, but his little speech to her was surprisingly very sweet!
Michael and Holly doing that rap video was the best thing ever. She's definitely a dork and I love her for that. :)
Ryan suddenly all interested in Kelly again is... weird.

Second of all, I thought I'd share something with you all.
Thing is, I love drawing. I LOVE it. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember, almost every single day, but for whatever reason I stopped doing it so religiously in recent years.
I honestly don't know what happened to me, I just stopped doing it.
However, this year it all came back to me. I bought a new drawing notebook and I'm happily filling it with cows, aliens, little Colberts, Tarek (a character I created about 10 years ago and still love to this day), camels, dogs and... stuff. There's even Nessie (How I Met fans will know what I'm talking about)!
It's become my own personal way of enduring boring classes at college. Last Monday, while still on a high from Colbert winning an Emmy, I spent my first class drawing him celebrating his victory.
I mean, sure, I know that I'm not doing anything brilliant, I can't draw as well as I'd like, what I do is far from being any good, but it's a huge part of me so I'm happy to have it back.

Anyway, I just thought I'd share the little Colberts I made because I think they look cute.

This is a little collection of dancing!Colbert moments. Mind you, I was drawing some of these from memory, so that's why that Colbert on the right, who was supposed to be the "Singing in Korean" one, ended up being him as a pimp. But just so it doesn't look so embarassing, I say it's the one from the Colbert-Rain dance-off. I just didn't get to paint his shirt, that's all!
The one on the right is in fact the "Singing in Korean" one. I had the picture for reference, but still that jacket was almost impossible to make.
The first one is obviously from the King of Glory video from Strangers With Candy, even though he's doing it dressed as Colbert here, not as Chuck Noblet.
The one at the bottom was supposed to be the Charlene one, but instead it turned into some sort of anime character. I guess it's because of his hair and the fact that his guitar is not upside down as it was supposed to be, so it looks like a sword. Plus, I just realized I can't draw boots (or hands, but at least I found a way around that).

So these are my Colberts. :) They're not perfect, but they're passable. At least they have the wonky ear so you know it's him!
Now all I have to do is draw a passable Jon Stewart and I'll be able to do little stories with the two of them.

episodes, otp: holly/michael, otp: jim/pam, actor: jon stewart, tv: how i met your mother, reviews, tv: the office us, drawings, tv: house, otp: robin/barney, actor: stephen colbert
