A friend of mine returned my Blackadder DVDs and after that quote meme, I had to rewatch the last episode of the 4th series, and I gotta say... That's one SAD episode!
I mean, it's hilarious! It's got some of my favorite moments, like Blackadder talking to Baldrick and George about the war and how it started, and one of my favorite lines ever, "I believe the phrase rhymes with 'clucking bell'."
Not to mention Baldrick's war poems!
BUT THAT DARN ENDING GETS ME EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!
I mean... GAH! It's always hard not to cry. Especially with Darling there with them. And Blackadder going "Good luck, everyone".
Such a brilliant show this was... And yes, the 4th series? Best of the bunch.
