SG-1 series finale: "Unending"
Yesterday I watched the last episode of SG-1... I gotta say, I really liked it!
I mean, I was all sad at the end because it was over, but then again, it sorta isn't, so I didn't feel as sad as when Farscape ended. Besides, "Unending" wasn't as dramatic as "Bad Timing" anyway... which isn't a bad thing, really.
Anyway, here we go for spoilery comments...
Stargate SG-1 10x20: "Unending"
I loved this episode! I mean, I usually don't like episodes where they're on a ship instead of going through stargates, but I really liked this one.
I don't know much about the Asgard, except that they know a lot and they're all naked. So that whole "fifth race" thing didn't mean much to me 'cause I had no idea what that little guy with Michael Shanks' voice was saying.
It was sad to know that they were all dying and leaving their things to the humans, though... And his scene with Sam was cute!
You know, when Sam showed them that simulation she did of the ship exploding I was with Cam on that one "She took two weeks to figure out that the Ori death-ray thingy would make the ship explode... Brilliant!"...
I thought that everyone's reaction to being stuck could have been better... I think Cam's was the better one, going frustrated and destroying his room. I didn't see that much of Teal'c, though. What was he doing all that time?
Landry dying and Sam with him... *sniff*
YAAAAAAAAAY! For Daniel/Vala finally getting together!
The scene was kinda bizarre, though, and I was thinking Vala would just leave Daniel behind after he said all those terrible things about her. Bad Daniel!
But I LOVED the kiss! And Daniel's smile! And then Cam seeing Vala leaving Daniel's room!
OH! I love my 'ship!
And they had some really good moments! Like when Vala was crying and at the end when Daniel told her he wasn't with her because they were stuck...
Sure, they forgot everything about it at the end, but at least it wasn't AU, it did happen and it could happen again! And OH those fanfic authors will go crazy writing stuff for all the 40-something years they spent on that ship...
I loved Sam in this ep!
And the group moments. (SAM/CAM KISS!!!!!)
And Vala driving Teal'c insane.
And Teal'c's look on his face at the end, knowing what happened...
And the MUSIC!!! Really great music.
The whole team saying "Indeed" at the end was kinda cheesy, but... oh well.
Can't wait for the movies now, though! I wanna know how the whole Ori thing gets to end!!!
