Went to the clinic today and had a membrane sweep. You can imagine this was not at all comfortable and I can only liken it to the consultant searching for change in the dark. Ow.
No sign of anything happening yet. But as I'm already 1-2cm dilated, consultant reckons I should go into labour within the next 24-48 hours. Off to have yet another bath to see if that helps.
