Influence and Control 2

Well, I wanted to do an essay on direct control, or command-style, versus indirect control, or influence-style. In the latter, asymmetrical paired conversations are used to pass on directives. In the former, there is a clear chain of command and rituals to enforce the respect of the different levels in the hierarchy.

However, I feel like going outside to play in the dawn air, so, just pretend I wrote a whole essay, okay? ;)
