that does suck. i suggest organization! yes, it's doing wonders for me. cleaning, doing things when you need to do them...don't put anything off. but then again, if we aren't depressed about the same type of things that probably won't do much good.
when i am down though, as much as i may not feel like bathing, a good hot bubble bath or long shower do make me feel better. caffeinated beverages seem to help, writing about it, and of course just crying my eyes out.
