The Crud

Every year I think I am better health wise than I really am and I allow my activity level to rise knowing full well the outcome.

Just about every year at this time of year I end up in the hospital for basically doing more than my feeble body will allow me to do.
That usually ends up in a weakened ammune system and some type of uper respiratory or heart anomily. One year they even put in a pacemaker.

For the past three weeks I have felt about as limp as a wet dishtowel and about as functional.

I knew something was coming on and when it did it hit with a vengence.

I have been pretty much housebound and tethered to an oxygen tank.

Today was the first day it seems to have eased up some although I still have a lot of fatigue and crud in my lungs.

So I guess everything is coming up roses.

As the old saying goes it always to seem to get darkest just before it goes completely black.

Cheers.
