Most warnings relate to physical violence, emotional abuse is always disregarded. Especially in real life.
Honestly, I usually don't even notice the lack of that specific warning because it happens so often that it's ... normal? But I do find myself very often frowning at messed up relationships where one party has no voice, at the overall use of lack of communication leading to misunderstandings, etc, etc.
It's sort of like tv and movies. They think nothing of showing guns, blood, violence but will get in arms if there's a scene with a man's ass on display. Remember Janet Jackson's nipple? I see more nudity on a deodorant or even shampoo add. Nobody complains about those and they get shown at times of the day when kids are awake and watching tv.
Lots of movies and tv shows have women getting slapped or at least yelled at and the rating doesn't seem to take that into consideration.
