*is still trying to figure out where the angst came from* It was an amusing scene in Overload, and yet Sadako and a Thousand Cranes are what first popped into my head when I saw Greg'd made a paper crane out of Grissom's crossword. *suspects that probably says something about me*

Seriously, glad you enjoyed it, and especially that you found it moving. I wrote it in one single sitting...at three in the morning, so I wasn't sure how coherent it was going to be.

*nods* Greg would be the one most likely to fold a thousand paper cranes, at least in my mind.

And I'm glad that I wrote it too. It's one of my best stories, I think.
