Yahoo! released the first behind-the-scenes look at Ron and Hermione's kiss from DH 2, including a proper shot of their snog. That will be featured as part of the eight-part HP DVD/BD collection.

*setting aside All issues i have as and the ever enduring question of "Why don't they used a Better shot for the actual movie because the Chemistry itself was Flawless...*
that WAS So Much Better. (in terms of angle- in terms of chemistry and "into-it-i-love-love-love you" i liked the one in the actual movie- if it had been this itty bitty short i would have been madder*
Even then.... the Angle is not Close enough. In Two of the Ginny snogs harry instances we can actually SEE their lips met. in here- it's still not there- too visibly.

i dont know- to me, looking at it over and over again and comparing it to the Gif i have of the movieversion!kiss this one goes a bit more slow instead of the WHAM! fast, fast, fast- slows down for the break apart shot.
but maybe you're right, who knows.
to me the one in the movie looked like one long take (but then again- that's the magic of good editing).

Well, they said they used the first take. Plus, again, editing can slow things down or speed them up.
But I think the kiss here is just way too similar to the movie kiss to not have been used, regardless of what they said.
And, yeah, it actually makes the long shot make sense...they wanted to use the first kiss because it was lovely, but they needed a way to end it since they could not use the ending here. hahaha. So they inserted the long shot and then used a different take, where they still got a bit of the adorable giggling, but it wasn't so obviously Em and Rupes.

my brain is all over the place trying to understand this take. it still skeptical this is the take they used.... I dont know what it is, but something tiny seems off/different in this take than the one in the movie.
plus, and maybe it's because we can't see their faces too much (again) it catches my attention in the "what is going on?" kind what Emma is doing in 0:29- 0:30. riiight before she break off because she's going to start laughing.
I mean Emma seems to be kind of opening her mouth real wide while she's kissing? or inhaling or something? or chewing on his lips?
I better stop looking at it too closely or i'm going to start doing a rundown comparison with other kisses again...
