There are things in life that I will never understand - like men, trigonometry or why people deliberately hurt each other.
I'm completely dumbfounded by the behaviour of some people as of late. Try as I may, I just don't get it. How can someone be so damn inconstant? So damn incoherent? How can people be so damn hypocritical? And what's worse, how can other people not see it? WTF?!
How can you point your finger at someone when you're exactly like them? How can you judge someone you don't know based solely on the way they look or the way they walk or the clothes they wear? How can you? Maybe my IQ isn't high enough for me to comprehend this phenomenon.
Like so many people, I, too, used to think that first impressions were the real deal, but life has taught me that first impressions are deceiving. You have to dig a little deeper.
So dare to give people a chance (or two, if you're feeling generous) before you jump to conclusions. You might be surprised.
