Life wasn't as she dreamed when she was younger. It had changed dramatically when she saw him again. Him, the one that had changed her life. The guy that she had decided to live her life with. But she had realized too late that the game was too consuming for both of them. That is all that they had thought about in their young life.
Walking away from him that night with ring in hand was the hardest thing she had done. But she had to do it. She couldn't stay with Chuck. Even though she loved him and he loved her, their love will always come down to the game.
In Paris she had seen him once again, and he was with a girl. After all they went through, she realized that he would never change. He will be the playboy that she always knew. She had returned back home and decided to move away. She couldn't live in the same city as he did with his new girlfriend.
She realized that she needed to get out of this lifestyle. She needed a new life. It wasn't the Waldorf thing to do. But she needed to change. She needed a different lifestyle, a different life.
Now, here she was studying to become a Behavioral Analysis in a school far away from New York City, Hearst College. No one knew who she was out here or what Gossip Girl was. Here she was just Blair. Not Blair Waldorf, just Blair. Living the life. New life and new boyfriend. Logan Echolls was nice, dreamy, and everything she wanted in a man. However, she had come to notice that he was just like someone she used to know.
He was a version of Chuck Bass. She has sworn that she would never fall for that type again. But she did. Now she was here again, in the crossroad of a relationship again. She found Logan with his ex-girlfriend Veronica. After her confrontation she saw it in his eyes, the same love she had for Chuck, he had for Veronica. He never gave her that look.
She coudn't blame him. There is only a few people in the world that would get that look by anyone. She had her one already, she didn't know if she would ever get that look once again.
Sitting in her dorm, they ended it all. They laughed and cried a little, ending things on good terms. She knew before it started that this was to good to be true. She just didn't wanted to admit it. She still wanted her happy ever after.
School was her main goal now. Her goal was to become a Behavioral Analysist. It's a big change from fashion but she wanted to help people. She wanted to help people who couldn't be heard. She wanted to stop people from hurting people. One day she will reach her goal and will work in Quantico. She was still a Wardolf and a Wardolf didn't give up.
