"24"

With Brigid Conley Walsh (Virginia from "Guise Will Be Guise") joining D.B. Woodside and Daniel Dae Kim for this episode, one must wonder how many Whedonverse alumni can fit into the show. The guy who played Pavayne showed up last week, I could have sworn the credits said "Andrew Borba," and Gina Torres has been hanging around all season. Oh, Leonard Roberts had a bit part too. I blame Howard Gordon. (As far as I know, Navi Rawat is the only actor to move in the other direction.)

I've apparently been overlooking Doug Savant, who I sure haven't recognized the last four episodes. I'm still not sure who he's playing.

I'm sorry that the President was not able to ground the flights on which the evil virus couriers carry their vials of destruction to San Francisco, New York, and Washington, D.C., and that the virus is en route to Las Vegas via automobile, but I'm glad to hear that they were able to save Chicago and Cleveland. Ummm, one of these things is not like the others. Were I in CTU (and were I watching the show and privy to the piece of dialogue in which all this was established), I'd start investigating what possible grudge Saunders has against Cleveland. I suspect he's not a Drew Carey fan.

Which would make him fully justified.

btvs, something in the nature of a review, 24, angel
