It's been awhile...
Okay, so.
Well, I guess I'll begin with a recent accomplishment of mine. This is to you idiots who always rolled your eyes at my writing and criticized it. :*cough*: In yo face!
Yeah, so I wrote a play based on my novel that I recently wrote for nanowrimo. I submitted it to a contest with the Florida Theatrical Association.
I WON. I won tickets to see Wicked, I get to meet the cast of Wicked and then two days later a producer will be reviewing my script, critiquing it, and it will be rehearsed. If the producer really likes it,
who knows what'll happen! =P
Ummm I just forgot what I was going to say.
ANYWAYS, my band, yes hence the username, Dark Horse Candidate, has a gig this friday!
It'd be awesome if you guys could come out and see us! We're playing at this cool new music store in downtown delray called
Backbone Music. It's a really awesome music store, with probably the most unique music selection in town including vinyls, etc.
Yeah, so if you'd like to come support us and need some more info, IM me or talk to me in school or something!
