Pour le tag français, ça me paraît être une bonne idée, même si je ne lis quasiment jamais rien en français, donc je n'en ferai probablement pas un grand usage.

La couverture de la BD me fait penser à Howl's Moving Castle.

And oooh, Bran sounds really interesting. Is it only available in French?

I KNOW RIGHT? It is really long too (751 pages, I'm told by the ereader on my phone).

It is super interesting and wonderful! Apparently a German version of Bran is in the works, but there's no sign of an English version. Sorry.
