Yeah, poor Sam isn't doing well. I normally put Janet in this kind of situation, but I thought switching it up was a nice change of pace this time.

Yeah, it is sad. And normally it wouldn't fit with my interpretation of Janet. But on the other hand, I can see how almost dying in Heroes (Janet will always live on in my corner of the universe *g*) might cause some PTSD and alter her behavior. We don't know that she actually was with anyone else.

Anyway, I'm so glad you liked it since it was your prompt. I'm sorry it took so long for the Muse to get inspired. :)

This is less traumatizing as a post-Heroes AU where Janet lives.

I read it as non-AU and just wanna give Sam some serious hugs.

Oh my god! That IS traumatizing. Even with Janet alive post-Heroes I think Sam still needs some hugs in this particular situation. :)

It was nice to see the roles switched between the two. I think as a AU post Heroes it works well.
