well, its within 299,000 votes. gonna be close.
Dosent it have to win by a specific margin to pass?

btw, 2 scares me. looks good on the surface, but I think the remifications of it passing will cause major problems as it is written.

I just read through a PDF of the original proposal. Honestly, as much as I usually try and look for hidden meanings and duplicity or hidden ramifications, I couldn't find anything in there.

Though, to be completely honest I got the PDF from the yes on prop2 website, so it's possible it's not the full thing. I'll look further in to it tomorrow. Granted, it will be too late by then, but I didn't vote on it in the first place (didn't have a chance to read it enough for my liking).
