[The hallways have been shifting again: the rooms along this hall weren't there yesterday. Whatever you were expecting to see is likewise absent. It's dusty, here, and there's a very unpleasant smell in the air. It smells like death, in fact

Definitely not feeling extremely pleased about it, though he perks a little when he hears that cough - hey someone else is here! Hopefully they're not dangerous...]
Hello?
((ooc: Fourteenth would apologize but he is not even a little bit sorry. :|a Jerk.))

[He looks up suddenly, with his eyes widening as he sees Allen there. Though he tries to stand up, his feet slide a little and he falls back in the chair. He's still too disorientated to move properly. But he manages to talk, hesitantly, even though he's not sure what's going on.]
Allen, or - brother?
[Allen, or brother brother brother. Is this the brother who left him here, what seems like no time ago? His head is aching.]

[oh no, his voice sounds awful D: please be okay, Mana... Allen moves forward as best he can, holding his cane with one hand and reaching out in front of him with the other]
It's just Allen, Mana... are you all right?

Are you really Allen?
[Not brother after all. Why was his heart beat speeding up just over possibly seeing his brother? There's...just no way that his brother would hurt him.]

Ah...
I'm - fine, thank you. Perhaps I've just had a bad dream.
[Good liar as he may be, that probably doesn't sound convincing. His tone is still shaky.]

Well... at least, could I... try to find someone else to help you? It sounds like you need it.

[Mana's thoughts are all jumbled up. Maybe Allen's help would involve killing him again. Maybe he's really Nea, looking like Allen, ready to trick him again. And he can't help feeling that perhaps he deserves that, after all Nea's been through for him, but he's still frightened.].
I - goodness, there's so much dust. I must have been here for a while.

[oh this is just breaking his heart]
At least... at least let's get out of here. This much dust can't- [a sneeze, as if to illustrate his point while at the same time preventing him from even making it] can't be good for anyone.

Mm, it does need dusting. That's one of the best things about living on the move, you know, Allen. Circus tents just don't get dusty like this, because they get taken down so often.

[he can hear Mana moving for the door, and he follows him awkwardly, cane tapping lightly on the floor as he goes, trying to keep his distance enough to keep Mana comfortable but not so far back that he can't hear the little sounds of movement that enable him to know where Mana is.]
